Matey Carnival Fundraiser

Join the NP3 Elementary PTA for the Matey Carnival on Friday, September 11th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. There will be games, prizes, activities, food trucks, music, and fun for the whole family!

This event will be one of the PTA's largest fundraisers of the year and will take place rain or shine. The money raised will go toward school necessities, including classroom supplies, campus upgrades, assembly speakers, and teacher/staff appreciation.

GAMES AND ACTIVITIES

Admission includes over 20 festival games for chances to win fun prizes. Bring a bucket or bag to hold all your prizes from the games!

We will have additional ticketed activities and treats, such as a photo booth and Musical Cakes. Tickets for these activities can be purchased at the event at the Ticket Booth for $1 per ticket. Tickets cannot be purchased in advance and no refunds will be issued for unused tickets.

FOOD

Food trucks will be on site, offering dinner and dessert for purchase during the event. A portion of the food truck sales from the event will be donated back to the PTA!

ENTRANCE AND PARKING

We will have one event entrance/exit at the NP3 Middle and High School Gym. Please do not enter through the NP3 Elementary School entrance.

Park at Blackbird Park or in the NP3 Middle/High School parking lot. Please do not park in the NP3 Elementary parking lot. This parking lot is reserved for NP3 Elementary staff, event volunteers, and sponsors.

ADMISSION AND TICKETS

Admission is $10 per person at the door. Children 2 and under are free.
We accept cash and electronic payment at the door. For faster entry into the event, purchase your tickets online in advance!
PTA members will receive early entrance with their paid admission to the event at 5:00 p.m. Please present proof of PTA membership at the door (e.g., membership ID, membership email confirmation, etc.). Not a PTA member? Join here.
Tickets for additional activities (Musical Cakes, photo booth, face painting, popcorn, and cotton candy) at the carnival are $1 per ticket. You can buy tickets at the Ticket Table at the event. Tickets cannot be purchased in advance.
